I have some exciting news and a few updates to share, so please continue reading!
Marla G. Pilates & Fascial Stretch Therapy has a new home! As most of you know, I have been looking for a new space for years! Well, I have finally found a place! The new space is slightly larger and just up the street from the old studio. I’m still working on getting it to feel like home but I’m sure you’ll agree it’s much nicer! I can’t wait for you to see it! So please, save this new address!

How we will stay safe from COVID-19
A few changes will be implemented to ensure we’re staying as safe as possible.
-Appointments will be scheduled with 30 minutes in between, from one appointment to the next. This will allow me to thoroughly clean and disinfect after each session.
-Hand sanitizer will be available for everyone to use before and after your session.
-Face masks can be worn during your session, although I am not requiring them, as it may become too difficult to breathe while doing Pilates.
-I will no longer be collecting signatures for credit card payments - all that will be required is a simple swipe of your card (if your card is not saved on file.)
-If you want even less contact during the payment process, I accept cash, checks, Venmo payments or I can send you an invoice via email.
My promise to you:
-I will always provide a clean, sanitized and disinfected environment.
-I will wash my hands before and after every session.
-I will wear a mask for our safety and protection.
A few extra steps:
-If you would like to purchase your own hand and foot straps, please let me know and I can guide you to the website and help you select the correct ones for the Pilates equipment. Same goes for Stretches, if you’d like to purchase your own table straps, I can guide to through that process.
A client has generously gifted the studio a HEPA air purifier to clean the air, which will be put to good use!
I know these are difficult times and you may not be quite ready for your next session. As Long Beach cautiously begins to reopen, know that I will provide a safe environment when you feel ready to return. I have missed you and can't wait to see you for your next session!
